Porém, eles precisam se atentar utilizar a máscara de maneira correta em tempos de pandemia. Sempre lembrando de cobrir o nariz. Isso é importante para saúde deles e dos próprios clientes. Um caso curioso, que 'todos' os funcionários da recepção estavam usando a máscara devidamente errada. Tirando esse detalhe, são bons!
Efficient and helpful. Beautiful store, well organized and with staff that offer good service. However, they need to be careful to use the mask correctly in times of pandemic. Always remembering to cover your nose. This is important for their health and that of the customers themselves. A curious case, that 'all' the reception staff were wearing the wrong mask properly. Other than that, they are good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que fui à esta loja fui muito bem atendido pela Barbara que, pacientemente, procurou e conseguiu os pneus para o meu veículo, por um preço razoável. Quanto aos rapazes que trabalham no alinhamento/balanceamento e oficina, são bons profissionais. Porém, na última vez que estive no estabelecimento, fui atendido pelo Sr Anderson (a Bárbara foi demitida) e ele disse que não havia possibilidade de me atender porque a oficina estava muito lotada, mesmo eu insistindo que era uma situação de urgência, pois meu veículo estava com a bieleta quebrada no meio da rua. Então, para não correr o risco de "não poder ser atendido novamente", não fui mais ao local.
The first time I went to this store I was very well attended by Barbara who patiently looked for and got the tires for my vehicle at a reasonable price. As for the guys who work in the alignment/balancing and workshop, they are good professionals. However, the last time I was at the establishment, I was seen by Mr Anderson (Bárbara was fired) and he said that there was no possibility of seeing me because the workshop was very crowded, even though I insisted that it was an urgent situation, because my vehicle had a broken bileta in the middle of the street. So, in order not to run the risk of "not being able to be seen again", I didn't go to the place anymore.
