It says there is Wi-Fi but you can't access it, an armchair that seems to be comfortable needs to be revised, the overhang bothered the seat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Ônibus quebrou logo que iniciou a viagem aproximadamente meia noite e meia, ficamos q madrugada toda no acostamento. Agora já vai seis da manhã, ainda estamos aqui, estão tentando arrumar o ônibus, sem ônibus reserva. Previsão era chegar 12:30 em Florianópolis.
Empresa irresponsável.
Bad experience. The bus broke down as soon as the trip started at around half past midnight, we were on the side of the road all night. Now it's six in the morning, we're still here, they're trying to fix the bus, no reserve bus. Forecast was to arrive at 12:30 pm in Florianópolis.
Irresponsible company.
