PROCURAMOS A PEÇA PARA SEU APARELHO ENCONTRAMOS SÓ EM UM LUGAR QUE NÃO TINHA A MESMA VERSÃO DO SEU APARELHO, APÓS PEGAR 5 FRONTAIS QUE NÃO FUNCIONOU NO SEU APARELHO DECIDIMOS ENTREGA-LO DE VOLTA POIS DEPOIS DE 3 DIAS TENTANDO CONSEGUIR A MESMA DO APARELHO,O CLIENTE QUE ESTAVA CIENTE QUE CONFORME ESTAVA TRINCADO A TELA PODERIA QUEBRAR MAIS A FRONTAL .
EM UMA DAS LIGAÇÕES A KAUANY FALTOU COM RESPEITO A UM DE NOSSOS FUNCIONÁRIOS, POIS O FUNCIONÁRIO A RESPONDEU QUE A GENTE NÃO FABRICAVA PEÇAS .

WE LOOKING FOR THE PART FOR YOUR APPLIANCE WE'LL FIND ONLY IN A PLACE WITHOUT THE SAME VERSION OF YOUR APPLIANCE, AFTER TAKING 5 FRONTS THAT DIDN'T WORK ON YOUR APPLIANCE, WE DECIDED TO DELIVER THEN AFTER 3 DAYS TO TRY FROM THE APPLIANCE CUSTOMER WHO WAS AWARE THAT AS SHAPED THE SCREEN COULD BREAK MORE FRONT.
In one of the links KAUANY FAILED WITH RESPECT TO ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES, BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE RESPONED THAT WE DIDN'T MAKE PARTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, deixei meu celular lá e não acharam peça, entregaram com a tela do celular mais quebrada e não arrumaram. Todo dia era uma desculpa diferente, além de os funcionários serem mal educados e não saberem conversar com o cliente. Péssimo, se pudesse dava 0 estrelas.
Bad service, I left my cell phone there and found no part, delivered with the screen of the most broken phone and did not fix. Every day was a different excuse, besides the staff being rude and not able to talk to the customer. Terrible if it could give 0 stars.
