★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vi uma rodoviária pior do que esta, desorganizada, faltando ônibus, comprei a passagem e não tinha ônibus, tinha que enfrentar uma fila de 5 a 6 horas, desistir da viagem, acabei retornando para São Paulo por outros meios, uma estrela porque não pode dar zero, pior rodoviária que eu vi na minha vida, espero nunca mais precisar, como acabei não embarcando.......
I've never seen a bus station worse than this one, disorganized, missing buses, I bought a ticket and there was no bus, I had to face a queue of 5 to 6 hours, give up the trip, I ended up returning to São Paulo by other means, a star because I can't give zero, worst bus station I've seen in my life, I hope I never need it again, as I ended up not boarding.......
