★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Expresso Itamarati há muito tempo deixou a desejar este final de semana meu esposo viajou. Pra começar o ônibus das 23:30 chegou atrasado em Americana, chegando em Rio Preto 4:30, e ficou uma hora e meia parado. O motorista foi avisar só depois que o passageiro foi reclamar da demora ele disse que o ônibus tava com problema! Se em Rio Preto wue e garagem da Itamarati, demorou esse tanto, imagina se quebrar na pista!!
Tem mais leva encomenda extras que não são de passageiros e quando chega no destino não tem ninguém para receber e os passageiros tem esperar motorista ligar para o dono da carga demorando mais ainda a viagem! Pronto falei!!! Tô de saco cheio!!!
The Expresso Itamarati has long ceased to be this weekend my husband traveled. To start the 23:30 bus arrived late in Americana, arriving in Rio Preto 4:30, and stopped for an hour and a half. The driver went to warn only after the passenger complained about the delay he said the bus was in trouble! If in Rio Preto wue and Itamarati garage, it took this long, imagine breaking on the track !!
There are more extra orders that are not for passengers and when they arrive at the destination there is no one to receive them and passengers have to wait for the driver to call the owner of the cargo taking the journey even longer! There, i said it!!! I'm fed up !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha namorada nós viajamos muito com prata quero aqui deixar a minha opinião sobre o mesmo pois não é nada pontual compro passagem para um horário e chega em outro já teve dia de atrasar 40 minutos sei que imprevistos acontece mas sempre é complicado porque pagamos por tudo e desgastante deslocarmos para a rodoviária preocupado com horários sendo que a mesma pelo visto não está com os usuários sem contar a comunidade nota 0 porque não tem álcool em gel em lugar nem um interior do ônibus tem mas coisa mas não irei mencionar peço que por favor reverifique isso pois pagamos por tudo isso reclamado e não usufruímos obrigado
My girlfriend and I travel a lot with silver, I want to leave my opinion about it here because it's not punctual I buy a ticket for a time and arrive at another I already had a day to be 40 minutes late I know that unforeseen events happen but it's always complicated because we pay for everything is exhausting to move to the bus station worried about schedules, as it is apparently not with users, not counting the community score 0 because there is no alcohol gel in place, nor is there anything inside the bus, but I will not mention it. please recheck this as we have paid for all this claimed and we do not enjoy it thank you
