★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viagem super confortável, rápida e segura. Motoristas, em geral, bem educados e hábeis no volante. Clima gostoso dentro dos ônibus e a passagem não é tão cara. Alguns passageiros são mal educados mas isso não tem esta relacionada ao serviço da empresa.
 Super comfortable, fast and safe trip. Drivers, in general, well educated and skilled at the wheel. Nice weather inside the buses and the ticket is not so expensive. Some passengers are rude but this is not related to the company's service.

The chairs have little declination, this item was to be desired on the bed bus.

There is no inspection of the use of masks during the trip. Some clueless remove the mask right after boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, suporte horrivel. Onibus com wc imundo, leito sem o lençol, wifi que promete nao funciona. Enfim. Nem sei pq dei 2 estrelas. Ônibus saiu atrasado quase 40 minutos e o pessoal da empresa nao sabia de nada sobre o atraso e nem qd iam chegar. Enfim... Precisam de concorrentes
Terrible service, horrible support. Bus with filthy toilet, bed without the sheet, wifi that promises does not work. Anyway. I don't even know why I gave it 2 stars. The bus left almost 40 minutes late and the company staff didn't know anything about the delay and didn't even know when they were going to arrive. Anyway... They need competitors
