Eu com minha família 3 crianças inclusive um bebê de 3 meses ficamos na rodoviaria de Juazeiro do norte esperando o ônibus que estava marcado pra 2 horas mas ele só chegou as 6 horas da noite . Falta de respeito com cliente . Pra mim Guanabara nunca mais
Terrible. Garbage service. You don't have time for anything. Every experience I had with Guanabara was traumatic. Me with my family 3 children including a 3 month old baby stayed at the bus station in Juazeiro do Norte waiting for the bus that was scheduled for 2 hours but it only arrived at 6 pm. Lack of respect for the customer. For me Guanabara never again
