faltando 1h48min para o embarque por força maior resolvi cancelar. Ao ligar para a empresa fiquei sabendo que não devolvia o dinheiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadmissível a falta de respeito cm o passageiro na questão de ter que passar pela garagem da empresa e ficar aproximadamente 2h esperando o ônibus sair para rodoviária. Sem darem nenhum justificativa ou prestar atendimento ao passageiro.
Serviço falho ao extremo nessa questão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os ônibus dd ou ld parece caminhão de cargas o motorista não tem acesso aos passageiros .para ter acesso tem que parar o ônibus descer e abrir a porta isso é um absurdo... peço a ANTT que fiscalize a empresa Guanabara.....sai de Teresina pi com destino a fortaleza ce o pneu traseiro estourou e o motorista não parou e os passageiros ficaram gritando e batendo para o motorista para e ele não porou e o pior que esse problema todo era decendo a sera de Tianguá ...e mas os interfone para contato com o motorista você ligava ele não atendia empresa irresponsável o atendimento da Guanabara ...os ônibus parece um caminhão .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só queria entender o porquê desses atrais da Guanabara para sair de Parnaíba para Teresina no horário de 18:17h. Sempre tem atraso, mas ontem se superou foi 1h de atraso pra poder sair de Parnaíba. Já chegou atrasado na rodoviária e ainda tem quer pra garagem. Dizendo eles que é pra troca de motorista. E pq esse motorista não aguarda na rodoviária pra poder agilizar. Aí fica o passagem pagando o pato com esses atrasos. Muita gnt que vai pro aeroporto correndo o risco de perder o vôo. Isso tem que melhorar . Absurdo isso . Quando é de Teresina para Parnaíba não acontece isso. ?????
