Fiz um pedido pelo wathsapp, me deram o prazo de 30 min pra ir buscar, antes de ir confirmei se estava pronto pediram mais 20min. Após 1h da realização do pedido fui ao local retirar e ainda não estava pronto, fiquei por mais 40min aguardando lá qnd para minha surpresa descobri que o meu pedido tinha sido servido em uma mesa, indevidamente. Descaso total
Totally tangled up! Poor service and lack of commitment to the consumer. I made an order through wathsapp, they gave me 30 minutes to get it, before going I confirmed if it was ready, they asked for another 20 minutes. After 1 hour of placing the order I went to the place to withdraw and it was still not ready, I stayed for another 40min waiting there qnd to my surprise I found that my order had been served at a table, improperly. total neglect
