Atrasos são muitos, respeito com os passageiros zero, organizações na hora do embarque zero,...
Empresa está ativa a muitos anos, porém vivem numa caixinha ou numa bolha que não modificar nada, devia ter funcionários competentes para agilizar, passagens, dados do passageiro nada disso tem.
Enfim
Não recomendo por essa situação que meus familiares já passaram.
I hardly use this line, but my family members do, contact via cell phone takes a long time and information is not real.
Delays are many, respect for zero passengers, zero boarding organizations,...
The company has been active for many years, but they live in a box or bubble that doesn't change anything, they should have competent employees to streamline tickets, passenger data, none of that.
Anyway
I do not recommend this situation that my family members have been through.
