Horrible! This pizza shop recommended me but after an hour looking for a working phone we gave up. That makes it difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ficar 2 horas esperando a pizza pra no final o entregador ( super ignorante ) ligar falando que não vai entregar por ser perto de comunidade, erram em não ter colocado impedimento no ifood, faltou educação do entregador e ainda teve a audácia de pedir para que eu não reclamasse no ifood, isso para que outras pessoas pedissem e no final sair frustrada tanto quanto eu. Sinceramente pior pizzaria que já me deparei. Deveriam tirar do ifood e atenderem so no bairro, e de preferência mudar o entregador, já que nao tem capacidade de atender conforme está no ifood.
Lousy service, 2 hours waiting for the pizza for the delivery man (super ignorant) to call saying that he will not deliver because it is close to the community, they made a mistake in not having impeded the ifood, the delivery man lacked education and even had the audacity to ask so that I wouldn’t complain about ifood, this is for other people to ask and in the end I’m frustrated as much as I am. Honestly the worst pizzeria I have ever come across. They should take out of the ifood and serve only in the neighborhood, and preferably change the delivery person, since he is not able to serve as is in the ifood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa porém demora demais a entrega, isso quando entrega pq a primeira vez que pedi demorou 3 horas pra entregar e a desculpa foi a chuva, resolvi dar outra chance e pedi novamente dessa vez nem chegou, liguei pra saber o que aconteceu e o Telefone só entra na caixa postal.
Sinceramente não sei pra que vendem uma coisa se não tem a capacidade de entregar, muita sacanagem com o consumidor.

Falei com a funcionaria a mesma me informou que essa é a regra da gerente... Como assim?
