★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre encontro passageiros reclamando dos horários...no meu bairro por exemplo o ônibus nunca entra na ida (sentido centro bairro) então sempre temos que 'passear' até o bairro vizinho pra depois, (sentindo bairro centro) ele nos deixa em nosso bairro...no site consta entrada no bairro ida e volta....Ahh o bairro no caso é Jardim Califórnia, que já teve linha própria!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que empresa ruim pqp, mais de uma hora no ponto me passa um ônibus e o motorista não para, faz sinal com a mão dizendo que não iria parar, não teve lógica aconteceu agora, gente como o motorista não parou mds eu e uma senhora no ponto e ele passa reto além de demorar Muito pra passar e ainda não parou ele passa sempre o mesmo horário hoje arrasou mais de 40mim e não parou!

Linha Vergani só tem um microonibus, e hoje (12/04/22) pulou o horario das 18:10h, mas é bem comum pularem, quase todos os dias aliás.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Pra fazer uma recarga de passe precisa esperar no mínimo 1h, as vezes debaixo do sol, e nem água tem para beber. Estrutura precária, atendimento enrolado, um descanso total com a população!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os horários muito distantes, se precisamos chegar no horário, temos que sair uma com uma hora de antecedência, pra não perder o ônibus e se ele passar!
No sábado não tem horários previsto no "site"
Fiquei de 8:50 até 10:19 no último sábado esperando pois precisava. Achei um absurdo. Dizer que vai "baixar" o valor da passagem, imagina como vai ficar a prestação de serviço que já deixa a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no expresso as 8:30 ,havia apenas um guichê aberto , já havia muita gente pra ser atendido e quando chegou minha vez ,descubro que o meu cartão de idoso que venceu , não bastava levar só o cartão , tinha que ter levado xerox de residência e documentos, aí pergunto pra quê , se eu estou com o cartão e documentos em mãos e minha ficha já foi feita quando fiz o cartão , pra que essa burocracia toda e pq que não fizeram um aviso dizendo o que precisavam , teriam poupado tempo do usuário e os mesmos já chegavam com os documentos prontos , parece tão simples , mais gostam de dificultar as coisas arrrrrrrr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, temos que ficar na rua ao sol aguardando um demorado, muito demorado atendimento, levando pelo menos 3h pra conseguir chegar no guichê, atendentes além de poucos não fazem questão alguma de agilizar o atendimento.
Bad service, we have to stay on the street in the sun waiting for a long, very long service, taking at least 3 hours to get to the window, attendants besides a few don't make any point of speeding up the service.
