★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no cargas é de frente para o sol, sem uma cadeira pra sentar, sem o mínimo de preocupação com o bem estar do cliente.
Passei quase 20 minutos para resolver minha situação, me senti dentro de uma sauna.
Não recomendaria a empresa no serviço de cargas, pois não parecem preocupados com o conforto do cliente.
OBS: Não estou opinando em relação ao conforto do ônibus e sim ao escritório de atendimento para receber e despachar cargas.
The service in the loads is facing the sun, without a chair to sit, without the minimum concern for the well being of the client.
I spent almost 20 minutes to resolve my situation, I felt inside a sauna.
I would not recommend the company in the cargo service, as they do not seem concerned with the comfort of the customer.
NOTE: I am not giving an opinion in relation to the comfort of the bus, but to the service office to receive and dispatch cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito limpo e os motoristas bem atenciosos e educados e detalhe: prudentes. Eu praticamente não durmo e não vi nenhuma imprudência por parte de nenhum dos dois. Nem gosto de viajar de ônibus, mas dessa vez me senti bem segura e tranquila. ?
Everything is very clean and the drivers are very attentive and polite and detail: cautious. I hardly sleep and I didn't see any recklessness on the part of either of them. I don't even like traveling by bus, but this time I felt very safe and peaceful. ?
