★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou desejar no prazo. Prometeu prazo de 15 dias levou 45.Fala que vai avisar o cliente, não avisa. E quando foi entregar entregou no endereço errado como se fosse nada.
Literalmente falta de atenção e respeito com os clientes.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom porém tudo muito arcaico, não tem whatsapp para uma comunicação mais rápida, não tem bancos para a espera, café, água nem pensar, te dão um cartão de visita que um email não é válido, o número do WhatsApp é fake news já que não se usa, tudo é no papel sulfite, Bic, não existe um sistema para agilizar ,além claro do ambiente ter um cheiro de cigarro insuportável.
Good service but very archaic, has no whatsapp for faster communication, no banks to wait, coffee, water or even think, give you a business card that an email is not valid, WhatsApp number is fake news already that is not used, everything is in sulfite paper, Bic, there is no system to expedite, and of course the environment has an unbearable cigarette smell.

The delivery lady dropped the mask on the floor. We said the same thing. She said she saw it and DIDN'T GET FROM THE FLOOR GERMAN TO HAVE THROUGH MORE OTHER TRASH IN THE STREET! More respect for the cleanliness and hygiene of public roads !!!!
