Enquanto nos demais países da América Latina os governos tiram lições dos erros cometidos no passado punindo torturadores covardes e ditadores aqui temos um episódio lamentável como esse repetindo desculpas esfarrapadas para justificar um regime que fechou o Congresso e governou de forma abusiva por duas décadas. E de novo a mesma mentira esfarrapada de que esse golpe nojento salvou o país de alguma coisa. João Goulart era latifundiário, nunca teve projeto de implantar Comunismo algum. Visões sem um pingo de honestidade intelectual resolvem rotular de Comunismo reformas sociais como reforma agrária que eram praticadas em vários países capitalistas sem maiores repercussões. Mentem na cara dura que havia uma "ameaça dos comunistas tomarem o poder" quando na verdade a maior guerrilha montada no país, menos de 200 pessoas na maioria estudantes mal armados e mal treinados não conseguiriam tomar sequer Barbalha quanto mais o país todo. Muito nojo de ensinarem mentiras para crianças em formação escolar
It is unfortunate nowadays that a school lends itself to this type of disinformation to its students. While in other Latin American countries, governments draw lessons from past mistakes in punishing cowardly torturers and dictators, here we have a regrettable episode like this, repeating lame excuses to justify a regime that closed Congress and ruled for two decades. And again the same lame lie that this disgusting blow saved the country from something. João Goulart was a landowner, he never planned to implant Communism at all. Visions without an ounce of intellectual honesty resolve to label Communism social reforms as agrarian reform that were practiced in several capitalist countries without major repercussions. They lie in the face that there was a "threat from the Communists to seize power" when in fact the largest guerrilla mounted in the country, less than 200 people, mostly poorly armed and poorly trained students, could not even take Barbalha the more the whole country.
