★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para agendar a manutenção, a atendente me atendeu bem porém disse que o técnico da rua entraria em contato para ver a data, pedi que fosse por mensagem. Ele me ligou em momentos que não pude atender então depois eu retornei perguntando se podíamos agendar (isso na Sexta dia 10), ele me disse que na Segunda 13 me ligaria para agendar. Passou a semana toda e não entrou em contato, chamei ele hoje de novo na Sexta 17 e a resposta dele foi que poderia atender só a partir de 3 de Janeiro.
I called to schedule maintenance, the attendant assisted me well but said that the street technician would get in touch to see the date, I asked for it to be by message. He called me at times I couldn't answer so later I came back asking if we could make an appointment (this on Friday the 10th), he told me that on Monday the 13th he would call me to make an appointment. He spent the whole week and he didn't get in touch, I called him again today on Friday the 17th and his answer was that he could only answer from January 3rd.
