★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante como eles conseguem informar um número, mesmo após 6 ligações ninguém atende. Poderia ser melhorado isso. Mas outras filiais eles atendem, só nessa que não.
Impressive how they manage to enter a number, even after 6 calls no one answers. This could be improved. But other branches they serve, only the one that does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, a atendente disse que não colocaria CPF na nota, porque o sistema estava fora do ar, sendo que pra pagar tava tudo funcionando normal!
I did not like the service, the attendant said she would not put CPF in the note, because the system was down, and to pay everything was working normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma Farmácia muito bem localizada na avenida São Luís Rei de França com estacionamento gratuito com vagas para cadeirantes ou idosos ou gestantes. Essa Extrafarma é na saída do conjunto Turu, onde era a Bestuka. Atendimento muito agradável e atencioso e além disso os profissionais muitos simpáticos e lhe auxiliam na hora da compra. Compro lá sempre que possível e recomendo.
A Pharmacy very well located on the Avenue Saint Louis King of France with free parking with places for wheelchair users or elderly or pregnant. This Extrafarma is at the exit of the set Turu, where it was Bestuka. Very pleasant and attentive service and also the very friendly and helpful professionals at the time of purchase. I buy there whenever possible and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mãe foi fazer o teste de covid e fizeram ela esperar um tempão só pelo fato de ter atrasado uns minutinhos, ela só fez mesmo pq precisava do resultado para comprovar q não estava mais com covid na empresa onde trabalha!
Fora o constrangimento que passou no caixa, quando ela disse q o pagamento seria em dinheiro e o caixa insinuou q seria cartão de crédito como se minha mãe não tivesse dinheiro pra pagar os míseros 100,00!
Nunca pisei nessa extra Farma e nem pretendo ir, e quem me perguntar prefiro indicar outra Farmácia.
Incrível como a Drogasil cresceu bastante na nossa capital, será pq? Ah, acho q sei, talvez pq o atendimento é excelente!
Terrible service, my mother went for the covid test and they made her wait a long time just because she was a few minutes late, she only did it because she needed the result to prove that she was no longer with covid in the company where she works!
Apart from the embarrassment that happened at the cashier, when she said the payment would be in cash and the cashier insinuated that it would be a credit card as if my mother didn't have the money to pay the measly 100.00!
I've never set foot in this extra Farma and I don't even intend to go, and whoever asks me I prefer to indicate another Pharmacy.
Amazing how Drogasil has grown a lot in our capital, is it because? Ah, I think I know, maybe because the service is excellent!
