I bought through the Rappy app, they charged all products and they didn't arrive all
They said they were going to deliver the product to my house but it was not delivered
I never buy at this pharmacy again

Eu era cliente desde a inauguração dessa loja, porém o atendimento dispensado na última vez, foi deprimente, feito por uma pessoa que não se pode chamar de profissional. Apesar de estar sempre cheio, ter fila, agora vou até a Drogaria São Paulo, ou outra próxima. Extrafarma infelizmente perdendo clientes a cada dia. São várias pessoas que relatam casos semelhantes.
Current rating is terrible, I give it a star because there is no way to give less. I was a customer since the opening of this store, but the service provided last time was depressing, provided by a person who can't be called a professional. Although it's always full, there's a line, now I go to the São Paulo drugstore, or another one close by. Extrafarma unfortunately losing customers every day. There are several people who report similar cases.
