★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via telefone, liguei hoje dia 20/05/2020, por volta das 9:15 da manhã, a atendente que não sei o nome foi super grosseira, falava como se tivesse com raiva ao passar a informação que pedi. Sem falar que mandou eu ligar novamente e depois que liguei mais de 20 vezes, não atenderam mais o Telefone...a ligação chamava até cair. Isso é péssimo pq nem todo mundo pode ir até o local, por isso o atendimento via telefone é exatamente importante. Espero que os responsáveis tomem providência em relação a isso.
Lousy phone service, I called today 20/05/2020, around 9:15 in the morning, the attendant who I don't know the name was super rude, she spoke as if she was angry when passing on the information I asked for. Not to mention that he sent me to call again and after I called more than 20 times, they didn't answer the phone anymore ... the call would call until it dropped. This is terrible because not everyone can go to the place, so the telephone service is exactly important. I hope that those responsible take action in this regard.
