★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui comprar na loja, não me deixaram levar o remédio até o caixa, alegaram procedimento padrão, depois fui entender que fizeram isso apenas comigo, acharam que eu iria roubar uma caixa de Doralgina certamente, eu nunca passei por isso na Pague Menos que é do lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do fato da farmácia não realizar entregas (o que é um ponto bastante deficitário hoje, ainda mais hoje em dia), ainda tem um PÉSSIMO atendimento por telefone, com atendentes sem educação e aparentemente sem treinamentos para atendimento ao público. Não é a toa que a sua principal concorrente (que fica ao lado) está sempre movimentada enquanto a Extrafarma praticamente não tem movimento algum. Péssimo! Não recomendo?
In addition to the fact that the pharmacy does not deliver (which is a very deficient point today, even more so nowadays), it still has a BAD phone service, with uneducated and apparently untrained attendants. It is not for nothing that its main competitor (which is next door) is always busy while Extrafarma has practically no movement. Terrible! I do not recommend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento.preço bom e sempre tem tudo. O telefone é um ponto fraco mais pelo o que eu vi em loja é pq eles dao prioridade em quem está ali para ser atendido então em um todo é uma boa opção de compras.
Great service. Good price and always has everything. The phone is a weak point but because of what I saw in the store it is because they give priority to those who are there to be served, so overall it is a good option for shopping.

Era bom o atendimento, pela falta de processos no atendimento pelo Whatsapp hoje passei por uma situação desagradável.
Mandei a receita as 08h00 quando foi 18:00 ninguém havia lido, tive que reenviar, depois de 15 minutos de espera, disseram que a receita não tinha mais validade. Poderia ter sido evitado meu deslocamento se tivessem lido pela manhã.
Nunca mais compro na Extrafarma.

Without a phone, no one answers. If it had 0 stars I would put it.
The service was good, due to the lack of processes in the WhatsApp service, today I went through an unpleasant situation.
I sent the recipe at 8:00 am when it was 6:00 pm nobody had read it, I had to resend it, after 15 minutes of waiting, they said the recipe was no longer valid. My displacement could have been avoided if they had read it in the morning.
I never buy from Extrafarma again.
