Sempre tem professores capacitados e muito bem educados para nos auxiliar nos treinos. Você é tratado bem desde a recepção!
Eles também possuem parceria com nutricionista. Muito boa! Super recomendo!
Super affordable price, impeccable reception. And they offer a basic assessment to understand a little of the client's objective and physique in order to assemble the best training, respecting the individuality and limitation of each one, and the best, without charging anything more for it. There are always qualified and very well educated teachers to help us in training. You are treated well from reception!
They also have a partnership with a nutritionist. Very good! I highly recommend!
