★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia deixado o carro para lavar duas vezes, na terceira entreguei o carro as 09:00 da manhã e me informaram que estava pronto as 14:30, quando fui retirar o carro o para-brisa estava com uma trinca de 50 centímetros. Justificaram que já estava assim e como o carro estava sujo eu não havia visto, ainda falaram que não havia forma de ter acontecido durante a lavagem.
I had already left the car to wash twice, the third I handed the car at 9:00 am and they informed me that it was ready at 2:30 pm, when I went to remove the car the windshield was with a crack of 50 centimeters. They justified that it was already so and as the car was dirty I had not seen, still spoke that there was no way to have happened during the wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como nem estrela dava. Não cumpriram o horário de agendamento e ainda estragaram o veículo. Quando questionados disseram que não tinham como ter feito oq ocorreu e que as cameras de segurança não estavam funcionando no momento. Não recomendo em nenhum hipótese este local.
If I had like I wouldn't even give a star. They didn't meet the appointment time and still ruined the vehicle. When questioned, they said that they could not have done what happened and that the security cameras were not working at the moment. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.
