Desde o atendimento ao telefone e whatshapp atĂ© a minha primeira cirurgia.Estou realizada e gratificada pela aceitação de meu plano de saĂșde (Unimed)e por em 03 dias de cirurgia estar conseguindo ler a legenda dos filmes da TV.E foi a primeira cirurgia.
Agradeço a equipe principalmente a a dra.Livia Yukizaki e ao dr.Luis Filipe Alves.

From the phone service and whatshapp to my first surgery. I am fulfilled and gratified by the acceptance of my health plan (Unimed) and because, in 03 days of surgery, I was able to read the subtitles of the TV movies.

â â â â â Sou paciente hĂĄ mais de 3 anos. Realmente o lugar era pequeno para a demanda. Na Ășltima consulta vi que fizeram outra sala, justamente para nĂŁo haver mais tumulto com as pessoas agendadas. Ătimos profissionais.
I have been patient for more than 3 years. The place was really small for the demand. In the last consultation I saw that they made another room, precisely so that there would be no more turmoil with the people scheduled. Great professionals.

Meu horĂĄrio marcado era 16h, confirmado no dia anterior via telefone, atĂ© 17h ainda nĂŁo havia sido atendido, desisti! Mais de 1 hora de atraso!!!! Uma vergonha, total falta de respeito com o paciente! NĂŁo recomendo mesmo!
Terrible attendance! I don't understand why they schedule an appointment if they are more than 1 hour late! My scheduled time was 4pm, confirmed the day before via phone, until 5pm I still hadn't been answered, I gave up! More than 1 hour late!!!! A shame, total lack of respect for the patient! I really don't recommend it!

â â â â â O dia do exame Ă© amanhĂŁ( 11.02.22) e estou desde as 9 hs da manhĂŁ de hoje ( 10.02, sĂŁo 17hs) pra ter uma resposta solicitada sobre o exame e atĂ© este momento ninguĂ©m responde ! Isso jĂĄ me deixa completamente insegura se estĂĄ clĂnica Ă© uma clĂnica sĂ©ria e com profissionais capazes , pois se o atendimento Ă© assim , o primeiro contato do cliente, imagina o exame. EntĂŁo o ditado que diz â quem nĂŁo tem competĂȘncia nĂŁo se estabeleça â cai como uma luva pra esse local !
The exam day is tomorrow (11.02.22) and I have been since 9 am today (10.02, is 17 pm) to have a requested answer about the exam and until this moment no one responds! This already makes me completely insecure if this clinic is a serious clinic and with capable professionals, because if the service is like this, the first contact of the client, imagine the exam. So the saying that says âthose who don't have competence don't settle downâ fits like a glove for this place!
