Emitiram um boleto que não estava registrado e ficaram mais de 15 dias para emitir um novo, depois de muita insistência para enviarem o boleto, ainda mandaram com a multa sendo o erro da administradora. A pessoa responsável pela emissão dos boletos é totalmente despreparada para atender clientes e de uma educação "formidável". Lamentável ainda existir prestadores de serviço de baixa tão qualificação.
Terrible service, complicated to give any kind of information. They issued a ticket that was not registered and they stayed more than 15 days to issue a new one, after much insistence to send the ticket, still sent with the fine being the error of the administrator. The person responsible for issuing the tickets is totally unprepared to serve customers and a "formidable" education. Regrettable there are still such low qualifying service providers.

Um verdadeiro pesadelo: o atendimento é simplesmente terrível em todos os aspectos. São extremamente amadores e desorganizados. Por mais de 4 anos loquei um apartamento com eles em Pinheiros e foi um verdadeiro inferno: boletos nunca eram enviados na data, cobranças vinham erradas e por mais que tentasse entrar em contato jamais respondiam de maneira definitiva, resolvendo o problema. Uma reforma do piso do apartamento, por exemplo, que era interessante ao proprietário, só não aconteceu porque a imobiliária não repassava informações. Chegou ao ponto de que escolhi me mudar de um apartamento que gostava por não aguentar mais lidar com a Vivona. Porém, quando anunciei minha saída, mandaram um boleto errado cobrando quase R$700 a mais do valor, que tive de pagar para não tomar multa. Depois, descobri que me cobraram valores indevidos por 4 anos e só consegui retorno quando entrei no Procon - que me deu razão - e agora vou ter de entrar na justiça para reaver com devidos juros. Quando abri uma reclamação no Reclame aqui pela primeira vez, a imobiliária me ameaçou de processo e me fez apagá-la. Depois, ao responder minhas mensagens no Facebook, divulgaram informações particulares do meu marido na página deles: CPF, telefone, email, e valor mensal pago. Mais um ato de amadorismo e descaso. Tive de abrir uma denuncia no MPF por divulgação de dados para que os mesmos fossem retirados dos comentários da página. É um pesadelo tanto para o proprietário quanto para quem aluga, fujam!!
Get away from business with Vivona Imóveis!
A real nightmare: the service is just terrible in all aspects. They are extremely amateur and disorganized. For more than 4 years I rented an apartment with them in Pinheiros and it was a hell of a lot: bills were never sent on the date, charges were wrong and no matter how hard I tried to contact them, they never answered definitively, solving the problem. A renovation of the apartment floor, for example, which was interesting to the owner, just did not happen because the real estate company did not pass on information. It got to the point that I chose to move out of an apartment that I liked because I couldn't stand dealing with Vivona anymore. However, when I announced my departure, they sent a wrong ticket charging almost R $ 700 more than the amount, which I had to pay for not being fined. Then, I found out that I was charged undue amounts for 4 years and I only got a return when I joined Procon - which proved me right - and now I will have to go to court to get back with interest. When I filed a complaint at Reclame here for the first time, the real estate agent threatened me with a lawsuit and made me delete it. Then, when answering my messages on Facebook, they released my husband's private information on their page: social security number, phone, email, and monthly amount paid. Another act of amateurism and neglect. I had to file a complaint with the MPF for disclosing data so that they could be removed from the comments on the page. It is a nightmare for both the owner and those who rent, get away !!
