★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionei o carro lá e a chave era colada no chaveiro canivete. Quebraram a mesma e depois colaram à pressas, inutilizando a função canivete. Ao indagados a respeito, disseram que já estava daquele jeito! Um dos atendentes foi bastante agressivo inclusive. Um outro disse para levar num chaveiro e retornar com a nota fiscal do serviço que o dono pagaria os danos. De qualquer forma, geraram transtorno ao cliente e ainda cobraram o serviço antes do relato sobre a chave, (não aceitaram cartões) e não emitiram nota!
I parked the car there and the key was pasted into the pocketknife keyring. They broke the same one and then they glued in hastily, disabling the pocketknife function. When asked about it, they said it was already that way! One of the attendants was quite aggressive too. Another said to take a keyring and return with the invoice of the service that the owner would pay the damages. Anyway, they generated customer disruption and still charged the service before reporting on the key, (they did not accept cards) and they did not issue a note!
