Quando voltei ao lugar (já que o número que ele me deu para contato não funcionava) fui informado que o celular não tinha conserto, porém o mesmo me cobrou pelo orçamento, oq já tinha sido combinado que não teria custo, o valor foi baixo(20 reais), mas me senti enganado pois já tínhamos conversado sobre o custo do orçamento.
