As funcionárias tratam você com o mesmo desdém que ela trata as alunas; mesmo vc pagando 4mil por um curso, ela mal olha na sua cara, mas no final do curso tira foto como se fosse alguém q te faz favor. Se a modelo escolhida pela equipe, durante o curso, passar mal vc se ferrou!!!!!!! pq ela não te encaixa em outra turma, nao te da suporte algum e vc ainda perde os 4 mil.
Fabiana Lopes is a trap! The employees treat you with the same disdain that she treats the students; even if you pay 4 thousand for a course, she barely looks you in the face, but at the end of the course she takes a picture as if it were someone who does you a favor. If the model chosen by the team, during the course, feel bad you screwed !!!!!!! because she doesn't fit you in another group, she doesn't support you at all and you still lose the 4 thousand.

I did the Ombré Shadon micropigmentation in 2018 and I will do it again because she is a professional that I trust with my eyes closed. Excellent professional and as a person too. Super cozy atmosphere. Super recommended !!! ????

Sabe quando você sai de um lugar sem entender o que aconteceu?(por qual serviço eu havia pagado) Fiquei exatamente assim

I confess that the evaluation offered was not the best, "drawing" done on just one of the eyebrows, nor did it even "clean" the excess hair.
Do you know when you leave a place without understanding what happened? (which service I had paid for) I was exactly like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha expectativa foi muito alta. Eu esperava um atendimento humanizado, esperei muito para ter uma oportunidade em conhecer a Fabiana e sua equipe. Mas, foi o pior atendimento que tive em toda minha vida. Fui modelo sim, paguei R$300,00 pelo material e mais R$100,00 da pomada que só eles tem! Me senti humilhada pelas "alunas/profissionais" e pela equipe da Fabiana. Exceto a Priscila que me tratou bem durante as avaliações no processo para ser aprovada como modelo. No dia do procedimento sai de lá em choque e chorava descontroladamente, porque sabia que uma das sobrancelhas faltava uma parte. O choro não foi apenas pelo procedimento não ser o que eu esperava, mas da forma que fui tratada!..Depois de muito choro, consegui retornar ao Studio no dia seguinte, foi a própria Fabiana que me atendeu e falou do erro ( elas esqueceram de fazer uma parte). Sai de lá melhor, mais muito triste e mega decepcionada! Recebi informação que só poderia retocar após 30 dias. Resumindo não recebi acompanhamento após todo o sofrimento, porque me feriu muito ( enviei as fotos). Procurei novamente o Studio para o Retoque após o prazo ( valor divergente do informado), mas resolvi não ir devido tudo que passei e porque tenho certeza que o papo de atendimento humanizado não existe! A Fabiana pode ser umas das melhores profissionais na técnica, mas acho o atendimento poderia ser muito melhor! Não quero nenhuma atenção. Só peço que realmente tenham empatia para com o outro e não façam acepções de pessoas. Isso não é legal (;
My expectation was very high. I expected a humanized service, I waited a lot to have an opportunity to meet Fabiana and her team. But, it was the worst service I've had in my entire life. I was a model yes, I paid R $ 300,00 for the material and another R $ 100,00 of the ointment that only they have! I felt humiliated by the "students / professionals" and Fabiana's team. Except for Priscila who treated me well during the evaluations in the process to be approved as a model. On the day of the procedure she leaves in shock and cries uncontrollably because she knew that one eyebrow was missing a part. The crying was not only because of the procedure not being what I expected, but the way I was treated! .. After much crying, I was able to return to Studio the next day, it was Fabiana herself who answered me and said the mistake (they forgot of making a part). Get out of there better, more sad and mega disappointed! I received information that I could only retouch after 30 days. In short I did not receive follow-up after all the suffering, because it hurt me a lot (I sent the photos). I looked again for the Studio for Retouching after the deadline (value divergent from the informed), but I decided not to go because everything I went through and because I'm sure that the humanized service call does not exist! Fabiana may be one of the best professionals in the technique, but I think the service could be so much better! I do not want any attention. I only ask that you really empathize with each other and do not make people aware. This is not legal (;
