★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente compra os materiais e enrolam pra entregar, a gente vai atrás e só dizem pra ir depois. É uma falta de respeito com o consumidor horrível, só são educados na hora de vender, mas na hora de entregarem o produto só nada, e ainda querem ter razão.
We buy the materials and roll them up to deliver them, we go after them and only say to go later. It's a horrible lack of respect for the consumer, they're only polite when it comes to selling, but when they deliver the product, they're just nothing, and they still want to be right.
