A corretora Kátia, foi super atenciosa, cuidou de tudo, tudo, tudo... ela faz coisas que nem é obrigação dela... sou de São Paulo, e ela só disse, "deixa comigo" viu toda parte de cartório, negociou toda documentação necessária com o promissor comprador... negociou os pagamentos... a transação foi super segura, de forma imparcial ela garante a tranquilidade às duas partes... (segurança pra quem vende e pra quem compra). Competência extraordinaria que só quem realmente tem domínio do conhecimento e sabe o que está fazendo, é capaz de realizar todo o trâmite sem trazer "dor de cabeça" para os clientes. I met FÁBIO IMÓVEIS, when I needed to sell a plot of land in Peruíbe... It really is, the best real estate agency in Peruíbe! Kátia, the realtor, was super attentive, took care of everything, everything, everything... she does things that she doesn't even have to do... I'm from São Paulo, and she just said, "leave it to me" she saw all parts of the registry office, negotiated all necessary documentation with the promising buyer... negotiated the payments... the transaction was super safe, impartially it guarantees peace of mind for both parties... (security for those who sell and for those who buy). Extraordinary competence that only those who really master the knowledge and know what they are doing, are able to carry out the entire process without causing a "headache" for the clients. FÁBIO IMÓVEIS is to be congratulated for the training, professionalism and competence of its attentive brokers, not to mention the friendliness, reception and excellent treatment I had in all stages of negotiation, which by the way was very fast, when we followed the advice of those who have so much experience in this field.
