★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência desastrosa nessa empresa e por isso não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo.
Deixei minha moto para consertar um pequeno defeito de mau funcionamento e portanto paguei por uma manutenção completa, minha moto passou uma tarde nesta empresa pra realizar tal conserto e quando fui buscar o mecânico não só não tinha consertado como deixou minha moto PIOR do que estava.
O mecânico tinha danificado minha caixa de direção ao apertar demais, após o ocorrido levei novamente na empresa pra relatar que minha moto não estava boa e o mecânico tentou me desmoralizar por supostamente ser uma mulher que a moto estava boa sim.
Após este ocorrido levei na assistência da Honda e paguei por uma nova manutenção, caixa de direção( que estava boa quando levei em Fábio Motos).
Tentei contato inúmeras vezes com o Fábio Motos sem sucesso. Em todas as ligações ele NÃO ESTAVA NA LOJA. O atendente me pediu pra eu ir resolver com o mecânico o meu caso e que o Fábio disse que ele não poderia fazer ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA.
EM NENHUM MOMENTO RECEBI ALGUM PARECER POR PARTE DO FÁBIO SE RESPOSANBILIZANDO OU PEDINDO DESCULPAS, MESMO APÓS EU ENVIAR A NOTA FISCAL DE TODOS OS MEUS GASTOS NA HONDA PRA CONSERTAR O ERRO DELES.
POR ISSO, EU NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR PRA NINGUÉM.
I had a disastrous experience at that company and that's why I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
I left my motorcycle to fix a small malfunction defect and therefore I paid for a complete maintenance, my motorcycle spent an afternoon at this company to carry out such repair and when I went to get the mechanic, not only had it not been repaired, but it left my bike WORSE than it was.
The mechanic had damaged my headset when I tightened it too much, after what happened I took it back to the company to report that my bike was not good and the mechanic tried to demoralize me for supposedly being a woman that the bike was good for.
After this happened, I took Honda assistance and paid for a new maintenance, steering box (which was good when I took it in Fábio Motos).
I tried contacting Fábio Motos countless times without success. In all calls he was NOT IN THE STORE. The attendant asked me to go and solve my case with the mechanic and that Fábio said that he couldn't do ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY.
AT NO TIME HAVE I RECEIVED ANY OPINION BY THE FÁBIO IF RESPONSIBLE OR ASKING FOR EXCUSES, EVEN AFTER I SEND INVOICE OF ALL MY EXPENSES IN HONDA TO FIX THEIR ERROR.
SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
