★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento , ate quando estamos de férias imprevistos acontecem, ate comigo que sou cuidadoso , entao precisei do Fabio e logo me atendeu , quem ta reclamando demais nao veio a passeio veio pra reclamar de tudo , nao só do carro , eh do hotel , da comida , do calor enfim ,de tudo, nao vem de ferias vem encomodando viagem toda , ... e acha que uma hora perdida das férias vai ficar louco por não aproveitar aquela hora perdida, queria muito conhecer a vida desse povo na cidade deles , deve ser CHIQUERRIMOS ...que vem pra ca e fala desse jeito das coisas daqui .. prefiro que nem venham... ... graças a Deus tenho uma vida sem reclamacoes ate quando da algo errado eu me divirto .... kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk se for pra falar mal nem falo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, atraso de horas de entrega do veículo. Na data acordada para devolução eles começaram a nos ligar com 2 horas de antecedência, ou seja estávamos dentro do prazo de direito. Carro não abria pelo lado externo luz do painel não acende dia à noite
Poor service, delayed vehicle delivery hours. On the agreed return date they started calling us 2 hours in advance, meaning we were on time. Car wouldn't open from the outside dashboard light won't turn on day by night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não alugue com esse pessoal, carro comprometidos (sem trava nas portas ) eles não resolvem seu problema. Só enrolam, não quer se incomodar não alugue. Vc combina um carro eles te dão outro. MTA enrolado esse povo.
Do not rent with these staff, compromised car (without locking the doors) they do not solve your problem. Just roll it up, you don't want to bother, don't rent it. You combine a car they give you another. MTA curled this people.
