★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapidos para vender, porem mandam produtos PARECIDOS com o que foi adiquirido, praticando EMPURROTERAPIA, vai que fica! e na hora de trocar ou devolução do que realmente foi comprado ficam enrolando o cliente. estou a dias tentando proceder a troca ou devolução e não consigo, ninguem me atende e ou resolve. No orçamento e pedido foi expresso o modelo corretamente, porem enviaram outro!
They are quick to sell, but they send similar products to what was purchased, practicing PUSH THERAPY, that's for sure! and at the time of exchanging or returning what was actually purchased, they keep the customer rolling. I've been trying to exchange or return for days and I can't, nobody answers and or solves. In the budget and order, the model was correctly expressed, but they sent another one!

Realizei uma compra grande nesse local, no dia 22/02/2022 e me prometeram a entrega para o dia seguinte! Doce ilusão… ate o final da semana não me entregaram tudo que comprei, foram mais de 4 vezes no local e quando entregaram entregaram produtos errados!
Quando cobro uma solução e a entrega do meu produto que ja esta pago, eles dizem que logo retornam é isso não acontece, chegou ao ponto de me bloquearem em todos os meios de comunicação! Bando de mulekes irresponsáveis!
NÃO COMPREM NESSE ESTABELECIMENTO!
A não ser que queiram uma bela dor de cabeça!!!

I made a large purchase at this location on 02/22/2022 and I was promised delivery for the next day! Sweet illusion… until the end of the week they didn't deliver me everything I bought, they went more than 4 times at the place and when they delivered they delivered wrong products!
When I charge for a solution and the delivery of my product that has already been paid for, they say that they will return soon and that doesn't happen, it has reached the point of blocking me in all media! Bunch of irresponsible mulekes!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Unless you want a nice headache!!!
