★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desde antes da pandemia, mas das últimas duas vezes que comprei o bolo de ninho, agora em julho/21 e agosto/21, achei o bolo seco e a cobertura bem mixuruca. Antes vinha com bastante "leite condensado" e leite em pó, agora vem um líquido branco mais ralo e pouco leite em pó. Essencial manter a qualidade. Fiquei decepcionado.
I've been a customer since before the pandemic, but the last two times I bought the nest cake, now in July/21 and August/21, I found the cake to be dry and the icing very mixed. Before it came with a lot of "condensed milk" and powdered milk, now comes a thinner white liquid and little powdered milk. Essential to maintain quality. I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um bolo no dia 08/09/2021 pelo app Ifood , para comemorarmos o aniversário de duas funcionárias . Pedimos o bolo de Churros que vem com calda .Agendamos para as 15:00 hs e ele chegou até antes do horário . Porém ao abrir a sacola , a calda estava entornada pela metade e a embalagem 'suja' do recheio. Ligamos para a Fabrica para informar o ocorrido, a resposta que nós recebemos foi: NAO TEMOS NADA COM ISSO, SE QUISER RECLAME COM O IFOOD. A pessoa sequer tentou ser gentil ou falar com educação sobre o problemas que apresentamos . Infelizmente não indico comprar pelo aplicativo caso voce queira presentear alguém. Não indico comprar na loja pela falta de educação e respeito com o cliente. É uma pena , pois o bolo é bom .
We bought a cake on 08/09/2021 through the Ifood app, to celebrate the birthday of two employees. We ordered the Churros cake that comes with syrup. However, when opening the bag, the syrup was spilled halfway through and the filling was 'dirty'. We called Fabrica to inform what happened, the answer we received was: WE HAVE NOTHING WITH IT, IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN WITH IFOOD. The person didn't even try to be kind or to speak politely about the problems we presented. Unfortunately I don't recommend buying through the app if you want to give someone a gift. I do not recommend buying at the store due to lack of politeness and respect for the customer. It's a shame, because the cake is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido pelo Ifood de um bolo para o escritório. Além do atraso na entrega, o bolo chegou completamente misturado com a calda. Virou uma sopa de bolo! Horrível! Calda enjoativa, baixa qualidade, açúcar não misturado, enfim uma decepção! Em contato com estabelecimento sequer preocuparam ou deram retorno. PÉSSIMO!
I ordered a cake for the office by Ifood. In addition to the delay in delivery, the cake arrived completely mixed with the syrup. It turned into a cake soup! Horrible! Silky syrup, low quality, unmixed sugar, finally a disappointment! In contact with the establishment, they didn't even bother or gave feedback. TERRIBLE!

Me tratou super bem, conversou, explicou e acabei levando 2 bolos, só pela educação que ele teve comigo. A propósito, bolo que ele me indicou e sensacional, irei voltar mais vezes pra comprar com ele. Parabéns.
I went to the store to buy a cake on Friday 10/12 and talked to a guy named Ronam. He treated me very well, talked, explained and I ended up taking 2 cakes, just because of the education he had with me. By the way, the cake he recommended to me is sensational, I will come back more often to buy with him. Congratulations.

O pseudo gerente, Ronan tem o pior atendimento do mundo, não me perguntou o tamanhodo bolo, não me informou valores, disse que poderia entregar o bolo no mesmo dia e 5 minutos depois, via whatsapp ficou perguntando várias vezes cancelou o pedido. Liguei novamente, conversei com a Barbara, mais educada do que o próprio gerente, ela confirmou o item várias vezes e também cancelou o pedido 5 minutos depois. Ao ligar pela 3ª vez, para entender o que estava acontecendo com o meu pedido, o Ronan novamente foi grosso e sequer me deixava falar. Este atendimento muito mal feito atrapalhou toda a programação da festa!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T BUY!
The pseudo manager, Ronan, has the worst service in the world, he didn't ask me the size of the cake, he didn't inform me of values, he said he could deliver the cake on the same day and 5 minutes later, via whatsapp, he asked several times to cancel the order. I called again, talked to Barbara, more polite than the manager himself, she confirmed the item several times and also canceled the order 5 minutes later. When I called for the 3rd time, to understand what was going on with my order, Ronan again was rude and wouldn't even let me speak. This very poor service disrupted the entire schedule of the party!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda de um bolo diete, quando fui buscar, simplesmente, disseram que o bolo não foi feito pois não tinham ingredientes.Não recebi o comunicado com antecedência. Fui mal recebida e mal atendida. O bolo era para o aniversário da minha tia. Infelizmente teve festa sem bolo.

I was poorly received and treated poorly. The cake was for my aunt's birthday. Unfortunately there was a party without cake.
