★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o bolo e simplesmente quase não veio cobertura, já sou cliente a anos da Franquia Vó Alzira, porém era cliente da loja de Araruama, já fui nesta loja do Jardim 3 vezes e todas as 3 o bolo vem quase sem cobertura.
estive hj mais uma vez na loja e o bolo veio pior do que antes, pois encheu o bolo de suco de abacaxi e a calda quase nenhuma.
Então a qualidade não adianta não é padrão, e quanto a se identificar , eu não tenho que me identificar para o bolo vir caprichado, ele tem que vir padrão para todos os cliente.
I bought the cake and there was simply no icing, I've been a customer of Franquia Vó Alzira for years, but I was a customer of the Araruama store, I've been to this store in Jardim 3 times and every 3 times the cake comes almost without icing.
I was in the store again today and the cake came worse than before, as it filled the cake with pineapple juice and almost none of the syrup.
So quality doesn't help, it's not standard, and as for identifying yourself, I don't have to identify myself for the cake to come neat, it has to come standard for all customers.
