Bad phone service, 10 minutes trying to order a cake and at the end the clerk pretends not listening and hangs up.

A mha insatisfação no estabelecimento foi pelo meu cartão não ter passado ,sendo que havia crédito...passei por um constrangimento mto grande,o mínimo que eu esperava era que que não fosse cobrado uma taxa de entrega por um erro que não foi meu! Se há problema na máquina ou com sinal de internet,e problema do proprietário e não do cliente,pois ,trabalho com isso e sei como chato esse tipo de coisa,o dever era reimprimir pra saber se de fato o valor foi cobrado,tive que entrar em contato com o banco pra saber. Uma cortesia de vez em qdo não mata,o cliente pode até gostar do bolo que de fato ,é uma delícia...mas ele não irá voltar!

Ele não nos comprimentou e não teve a menor paciência de dar informações básicas, ao invés de nos mostrar as opções e como é funcionamento da loja, nos mandou olhar nos cartazes velhos e sujos pendurados na parede na parte de fora do estabelecimento. Quando ficamos como uma dúvida, ele falou que já havia dito que era pra olhar nos cartazes e pronto. Uma verdadeira mancha para essa franquia tradicional que é a Vó Alzira. Me gerou muita revolta e indignação
