★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja hoje e tinha segundos que havia “fechado”. Fechado no horário, mas as portas ainda estavam abertas. Queríamos comprar cerca de 3 bolos e perguntamos se poderiam nos atender. A atendente não fez questão nem se quer de nos olhar e falou super grossa que estava fechado!
É lamentável saber que mesmo a economia tão difícil, onde muitos lutam pela sobrevivência, existam pessoas tão mal preparadas e braço curto desse jeito. Além de perderem um cliente, ganharam alguém que vai falar mal sempre da loja. Uma pessoa que não pensa na empresa, de onde vem seu próprio sustento, lamentável!
 I arrived at the store today and there were seconds that it had “closed”. Closed on time but doors were still open. We wanted to buy about 3 cakes and asked if they could serve us. The attendant didn't even want to look at us and said super rudely that it was closed!
It is unfortunate to know that even in such a difficult economy, where many struggle for survival, there are people so poorly prepared and short-handed like that. In addition to losing a customer, they gained someone who will always speak ill of the store. A person who doesn't think about the company, where his own livelihood comes from, pitiful!
