Delicious cakes and excellent service! I've asked many times, including delivery and it was always great. The lemon cake with icing is my favorite, worth a try !!!

Falei com a loja e disseram que não podiam fazer nada.
Tenho costume de comprar nas lojas "Bolo de Vó Alzira" e nunca tive problema.
Infelizmente não comprarei mas nessa loja.
I ordered a cake for delivery and it arrived crooked and with all the icing melted and sticking out.
I spoke to the store and they said they couldn't do anything.
I usually buy at "Bolo de Vó Alzira" stores and I've never had a problem.
Unfortunately I won't buy but in this store.

Responde após reclamação, que devido ao calor e por ser recheado, pode acontecer. Mas não avisa antes. Então , na hora da compra, AVISE QUE EXISTE O RISCO. Pede para pontuar negativamente o entregador, mas não atende bem seu cliente final. Não é postura da franquia VÓ ALZIRA, a qual conheço, mas a franqueada, deixou a desejar. Você tem que garantir todo processo. Era uma comemoração de aniversário...que pena, perdeu vários clientes.
I ordered a NUTENINHO STUFFED CAKE. Purchase via IFOOD. It arrived broken. The store is not responsible for the bad delivery. Result: INJURY. Responds after complaint, which due to the heat and being stuffed, can happen. But don't let me know before. So, at the time of purchase, BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A RISK. Asks to negatively score the delivery person, but does not serve his end customer well. This is not the posture of the VÓ ALZIRA franchise, which I know, but the franchisee left something to be desired. You have to guarantee the entire process. It was a birthday celebration... too bad, lost a lot of clients.
