★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela primeira vez um bolo de aipim e nós gostamos.
Voltei ontem (12/05) para comprar um bolo de Cenoura com Chocolate,conforme descrito no cardápio que temos em mãos.Escolhemos o bolo de Cenoura com Cobertura de Chocolate(atentem pelo valor e o descrito no cardápio)de tamanho pequeno por R$ 15,00.Escolhi o bolo e na hora de pagar o valor que me foi falado era de R$ 18,00!!!Estranhei o fato e a pessoa que me atendeu,acho que era o dono,comentou que o valor a mais,3,00,era da cobertura de chocolate,e o valor no cardápio era 15,00 com chocolate!!!
Paguei o valor de R$18,00.
Quero deixar claro que não é pelos 3,00 que paguei a mais e sim pela falta de transparência nos valores escritos no cardápio.Imagino que se eu comprar um bolo de Abacaxi com Côco,também de 15,00 o pequeno,vou pagar mais quanto pelo Côco?
Lamentável,e não volto mais no local,não inspira confiança nas informações escritas.
Obs: Atendimento também não é dos melhores
Já tivemos comercio com atendimento ao publico(refeições) e sabemos muito bem como atuar.
I bought a cassava cake for the first time and we liked it.
I came back yesterday (12/05) to buy a Carrot cake with Chocolate, as described in the menu we have in hand. I chose the cake and at the time of paying the amount I was told it was R $ 18.00 !!! I was surprised by the fact and the person who attended to me, I think it was the owner, commented that the extra amount , 3.00, was from the chocolate icing, and the value on the menu was 15.00 with chocolate !!!
I paid the amount of R $ 18.00.
I want to make it clear that it is not for the 3.00 that I overpaid, but because of the lack of transparency in the values written on the menu. for Coconut?
It is unfortunate, and I do not return to the site, it does not inspire confidence in the written information.
Note: Service is also not the best
We already had commerce with customer service (meals) and we know very well how to act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ponto é estratégico, mas os bolos não tem uma aparência muito boa e são muito caros principalmente por serem bolos simples. O atendimento fica muito a desejar, bem como a limpeza do local.

Gostaria de compartilhar como foi a minha experiência, fui até a loja para comprar um Bolo com a minha família, infelizmente foi a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA DE TODA A MINHA VIDA, o atendimento não foi um dos piores o pior foi uma Mulher me atender DESCALÇA e sem máscara em plena PANDEMIA na sua pior faze, pessoas manipulando alimentos na cozinha de chinelos e sem máscara, peguei a minha família e saí de lá. Agradeço por não pedir para entregar. Recomendo a esta unidade Tatuapé um curso .....Boas práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos..... Vai ajudar a compreende a importância das Boas Práticas em uma cozinha industrial.... Fica a Dica....

I would like to share how my experience was, I went to the store to buy a cake with my family, unfortunately it was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL MY LIFE, the service was not one of the worst the worst was a Woman attending me BAREFOOT and without mask in the middle of PANDEMIA at its worst, people handling food in the kitchen wearing slippers and without a mask, I took my family and left. Thank you for not asking to deliver. I recommend to this Tatuapé unit a course ..... Good Food Handling Practices ..... It will help you understand the importance of Good Practices in an industrial kitchen .... Here is a Tip ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando pela rua Coelho Lisboa vi uma casa vermelha que me chamou a atenção , aí vi que era uma casa que fazia bolos , entrei e perguntei se tinha bolo diet e tinha aí fiquei cliente até hoje , bolos da vó Alzira é tudo de bom .... obrigada

Eu pedi potes de mini cupcakes com calda para lembrancinha de aniversario da minha filha eles colocaram cada kit em uma sacolinha tudo bem caprichado..fiz uma surpresa para uma amiga com bolo prestígio eles fizeram todo atendimento a distância com muito carinho e dedicação..só elogios a todos..bolo sempre fresquinho e mega recheado
They are wonderful, extremely polite, considerate. I ordered bowls of mini cupcakes with syrup for my daughter's birthday party, they put each kit in a small bag, all very neat..I surprised a friend with a prestige cake. Cheers to everyone... always fresh and super filled cake
