★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cerca de uma semana, comprei um galão de agua da marca ELITE, que decepção, simplesmente tem remendos que com o tempo não suporta a pressão da agua e vasa, fui devolver para pessoa e simplesmente ele alegou que não vai mais trabalhar com essa marca, muita dor de cabeça. Aqui no interior na minha cidade de Itatiba, tem muitos vendedores de agua engarrafada, mais poucos conhecem essa marca ELITE, o comentário não é bom, diz que não tem interesse em manter o cliente.
Diante disso, liguei no whattapp da fabrica, contei o fato e recebi a seguinte resposta, não há garantia para o consumidor final, não nos responsabilizamos pelo manuseio, assim, sem dar ao consumidor o beneficio da duvida. Insisti que não houve maus tratos no manuseio não adiantou, rispidamente NÃO. Diante da intransigência do fabricante me resta buscar reparação por danos morais e materiais junto ao poder judiciário, pena que a empresa não tem um departamento para tratar o cliente com mais RESPEITO.
