★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento estava péssimo, n marcaram meu lanche, esperei por mais de 1 hora p escutar q n receberam meu pedido, eu tive q cobrar 4 vezes sobre o lanche p ter uma resposta, fui embora e peguei em outro lugar, é uma pena, pois o lanche da Fábrica é gostoso, mas nao da para eles continuarem com um atendimento falho assim
Service was terrible, they didn't schedule my snack, I waited for more than 1 hour to listen when my order was received, I had to charge 4 times for the snack to get an answer, I left and picked it up elsewhere, it's a shame, because the Factory snack is tasty, but they can't continue with poor service like that

Pedi um lanche de hambúrguer de picanha e estranhei com qual velocidade chegou, tudo bem achei mesmo que foi rápido porque não tinha muita gente no local mais quando fui comer a carne estava com as bordas muito duras parecendo borracha, daí não deu né tive que chamar a garçonete e falar que não tinha condições de comer aquela lanche até comentei com minha esposa que essa carne era muito velha. Ela retirou o prato e disse que ia fazer outro. Mais antes tivesse ido embora sem comer esse outro. Cheguei em casa depois de meia hora começou a me fazer mal aquele lanche que comi. Nessa lanchonete eu não volto mais.
Honestly it was horrible. I ordered a steak hamburger snack and I was surprised at how fast it arrived, alright I really thought it was fast because there weren't many people in the place but when I went to eat the meat had very hard edges like rubber, so it didn't work, I had to call the waitress and saying that I couldn't eat that snack, I even commented to my wife that this meat was very old. She removed the plate and said she was going to make another one. But before that I had left without eating this other one. I got home after half an hour that snack I ate started to make me sick. In this cafeteria I don't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei... Além de demorar mais de 1 hora pra ficar pronto (eu fiquei no local esperando), meu lanche americano veio sem alface. E os lanche não são tão recheado como dizem não. Não voltarei mais lá.
I didn't like it... In addition to taking more than 1 hour to get ready (I was waiting at the place), my American lunch came without lettuce. And the snacks are not as filling as they say. I won't go back there.
