★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não valorizam o cliente... Fui cliente há varios anos e agora não mais... Recentemente comprei duas lentes para oculos escuro e claro... Ocorre que nao utilizei os oculos escuros (lentes compradas em 02/09/2021) e logo estragou a armacao reutilizada, sendo recomendado por eles uma solda para consertar. Deixei lá para retirar neste dia 10/09/2021... Ocorre que estragaram a armacao, pois soldaram sem tirar a haste lateral derretendo o plastico... Era só tirar a haste para soldar, soltar um parafuso apenas... Tão obvio... Prejuizo grande, fiz as lentes há poucos dias e nao poderei mais utilizar pois a armação ficou horrivel... E sem nenhuma alternativa oferecida... Estou muito chateado. Terei que comprar novos oculos e fazer novas lentes...
They don't value the customer... I was a customer for several years and now no longer... I recently bought two lenses for dark and light glasses... It so happens that I didn't use the dark glasses (lenses purchased on 02/09/2021) and logo ruined the reused frame, and they recommended a solder to repair. I left it there to remove on this day 10/09/2021... It just so happens that they ruined the frame, because they welded without removing the side rod, melting the plastic... It was only necessary to remove the rod to weld, loosen only one screw... So obvious ... I damage a lot, I made the lenses a few days ago and I won't be able to use them anymore because the frame was horrible... And with no alternative offered... I'm very upset. I will have to buy new glasses and make new lenses...
