★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar no atendimento. Pedi para pagar direto no caixa e não deixaram. Isso pra cobrar serviço de mesa, que deveria ser opcional. Em relação à comida, para o preço que se paga deveria ser melhor.
They need to improve their service. I asked to pay directly at the cashier and they didn't. This is to charge table service, which should be optional. Regarding the food, for the price you pay it should be better.

Eu me senti lesada e desrespeitada, embora a atendente tenha me devolvido uma parte do valor a maior que foi cobrado. Não volto nunca mais e nem recomendo ninguém a ir nesse local.
Disappointing. A 20% service charge was charged, it was not informed that the cappuccino whipped cream was charged as an additional. I felt cheated and disrespected, even though the attendant refunded me a portion of the higher amount that was charged. I'm never going back and I don't even recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A garçonete oferece uma opção e não informa que há diferença de preço. Quando vamos questionar ela não olha nem na nossa cara. Enfim. Tem opção melhor e com preço similar dentro do Iguatemi, por exemplo o Empório do Pão que fica dentro do supermercado Guará.
The waitress offers an option and doesn't inform you that there is a price difference. When we go to question she doesn't even look at our face. Anyway. There are better and similarly priced options within Iguatemi, for example Empório do Pão, which is located inside the Guará supermarket.
