Não recomendo a ninguém.
Rude clerk, lazy staff, I left a pump for maintenance for 1 month and they didn't even care for the customer's need.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que ligo, demoram a responder, a atendente nunca sabe de nada sobre peças, sempre pedem para perguntar através do whatts, sinceridade, nem tudo se resolve por whatts, tem informações que são bem dadas ao falar com que entende. Nao gostei do atendimento e deixei isso claro com a atendente ao telefone.
Every time I call, they take a long time to answer, the attendant never knows anything about parts, they always ask to ask through whatts, sincerity, not everything is resolved by whatts, there is information that is well given when speaking with what you understand. I didn't like the service and I made that clear to the phone operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo,demoram 15 dias pra dar o orçamento e mais 15 pra entregar a ferramenta. Qualquer outro lugar faz o serviço em no máximo uma semana.
I don't recommend it, it takes 15 days to give the budget and another 15 days to deliver the tool. Any other place does the job in a week at most.
