★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão Queen com box e uma cabeceira em 3 de setembro, o colchão e box foram entregues no prazo, a cabeceira até hoje não foi.
O pior é que ninguém da satisfação, depois de muita insistência, ligaram depois de um mês falando que não tinha o modelo, até hoje (20 de outubro) não sabemos quando será entregue.
O pagamento foi a vista. Falta de respeito!!!!
We bought a Queen mattress with box and a headboard on September 3rd, the mattress and box were delivered on time, the headboard until today was not.
The worst thing is that nobody of the satisfaction, after much insistence, called after a month saying that he didn't have the model, until today (October 20th) we don't know when it will be delivered.

Considerando o proposto na venda e o valor pago a qualidade do produto deixa muito a desejar.
Comprei um colchão + box. Primeiramente o box ao chegar rangia muito, barulho irritante, solicitei a troca. A mesma foi feita depois de atraso e reclamações. O box que chegou tinha detalhes no tecido, como já estava a 15 dias sem dormir com qualidade não fiz questão de trocar novamente. 2 meses se passaram e o colchão já parece o antigo, sente-se as molhas e barulhos .
Particularmente não recomendo os produtos, custo alto para a baixa qualidade ofertada.

I bought a mattress + box. First, the box on arrival creaked a lot, irritating noise, I requested the exchange. The same was done after delays and complaints. The box that arrived had details in the fabric, as it had been 15 days without sleep with quality, I didn't want to change it again. 2 months have passed and the mattress already looks like the old one, you can feel the wetness and noises.
I don't particularly recommend the products, because of the high cost for the low quality offered.
