Experiência péssima no site, que desmembrou, sem meu consentimento, uma compra, gerando dois pedidos. entregou apenas uma peça, um vestido para minha filha e o outro pedido simplesmente sumiu. Expus a situação por direct no Instagram e por e-mail informaram que 3 das 4 peças não estavam mais disponíveis. Das duas uma: Ou minha compra original foi entregue na Baía das almas fazendo com que a empresa de desdobrasse para me mandar um igual, o que seria impossível, pois estou já um mês aguardando a compra e a coleção mudou inteira ou me venderam um produto que não existia no estoque, o que é passível de processo.
We pay for the boldness of the prints, but the quality doesn't keep up with the value. Terrible experience on the site, which dismembered, without my consent, a purchase, generating two orders. only delivered one piece, a dress for my daughter and the other order just disappeared. I exposed the situation by direct on Instagram and by email they informed that 3 of the 4 pieces were no longer available. One of the two: Either my original purchase was delivered to Baía das Almas, causing the company to go out of its way to send me an equal one, which would be impossible, as I'm already a month waiting for the purchase and the entire collection has changed, or I've been sold a product that did not exist in the stock, which is subject to process.
