★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um verdadeiro descaso para com o cliente, efetuei a compra de um reboque FACCHINI em Novembro 2019, no mês seguinte uma das bolsa da suspensão, estouro carregado com apenas 14 toneladas, a garantia não fez nem questão, em meados de 2020 um tambor de freio espatifou, vindo a estourar um pneu, com algum sacrifício a garantia trocou, agora novamente mais dois tambores de freio veio a espatifar novamente, procurei está FACCHINI de Limeira, simplesmente disseram que não tinham as peças, não quiseram nem me atender, um verdadeiro descaso...!!!

Veio com fechaduras na porta traseira, diferente das que escolhi, assoalho veio com uma bolha na prancha de aço, fiz a reclamação logo quando recebi a mercadoria, e nada foi feito até hoje.
Comunicação péssima, me deram um nº de whats da assistência, que nunca atendem, e quando atende, diz estar ocupado e vai retornar.......estou esperando até hj.....Muito obrigado, mas meu próximo baú, podem ter a certeza que não vou comprar nessa empresa.

Poor communication, they gave me a whats number for assistance, which never answer, and when they answer, they say they are busy and will return.......I'm waiting until today.....Thanks a lot, but my next trunk, You can be sure I won't buy from this company.
