★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Infelizmente não li as avaliações antes. Liguei e me informaram q eu faria os exames informados pelo plano, tb informado. Ao chegar lá, disseram q o plano não cobre e me ofereceram fazer particular. Hahaha
 Horrible! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before. I called and they informed me that I would do the exams informed by the plan, tb informed. When I got there, they said that the plan does not cover it and offered to do it privately. Haha ha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Passam informações erradas por telefone. Quando liguei me passaram um valor e quantos dias úteis levariam para ficar pronto o exame. Quando cheguei lá me informaram o dobro do preço e o dobro da quantidade de dias úteis. Não há um mínimo de padrão ou qualificação dos profissionais??
Horrible! Go wrong information by phone. When I called I passed a value and how many would take days to get ready the exam. When I got there they informed me double the price and double the amount of working days. There is no minimum standard or professional qualification ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Recepcionistas mal educadas. Quando informam o problema com a requisição, fazem maior cara feia e não explicam direito, nem passam a informação correta e antecipada por telefone.
Contudo, os exames saem em um tempo ótimo.
Terrible attendance. Rude receptionists. When they report the problem with the request, they make a bigger face and don't explain it well, nor do they pass the correct and anticipated information over the phone.
However, the exams come out at a great time.

Inicialmente é muito difícil marcar. As recepcionistas são grosseiras e desligam o telefone na cara
O celular também desliga na cara e não há aviso claro que a marcação é por WhatsApp
Quando atendem o WhatsApp, com gentileza e AFIRMAM QUE A MARCAÇÃO FOI BEM SUCEDIDA, hoje minha mãe com 89 anos chegou la e não tinha marcação
Francamente , pagar r$ 250,00 pra ter esse desencontro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é ok! Rápido e prático! Porém não mandam os exames para nosso e-mail, nem ao consultório dentário como prometido, temos que ficar ligando para ter um retorno, mas sempre atendem o telefone prontamente!
The service is ok! Fast and practical! However, they don't send the exams to our e-mail, or to the dental office as promised, we have to keep calling to get a return, but they always answer the phone promptly!
