Mas foi pelo Hapvida que me encaminharam pra lá, vou hoje, vou ver como é, mas só em não atender o telefone somando com os relatos negativos das pessoas, se sou o dono desse lugar, pra começar a melhorar o serviço troco a equipe inteira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para obter mas informações e percebi que atendente é irônica e não tem modos algum de falar com a pessoa,parece mas mau vontade mesmo vcs deveria observar isso até lá mesmo eu esperando vi o péssimo atendimento que ela dava quando alguém ligava para obter informações já os profissionais que fiz o exame estão de parabéns super recomendado,pois No meu caso fui bem atendida lá.

Determinado documento e a recepcionista disse que sim,quando eu cheguei no local na recepção a recepcionista fez pouco disse que não tinha dado informação, sai de lá ligando pro mesmo número que liguei e que tinha me dado a informação a mesma atendeu novamente fez pouco. A dica é se não quer trabalhar da vaga a quem precisa ou então fecha o local. NÃO INDICO

Só darei 4 estrelas pois o local nao tem acessibilidade alguma. Deficientes, esse lugar infelizmente tem condições estruturais bem difíceis para voces, eles precisam rever isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando estive no local a primeira vez a recepcionista informou que o exame só era feito em determinados dias, entre eles a quinta-feira que fui, o horário era de 09 h às 10. Cheguei antes das 09 e só havia um rapaz aguardando. Fomos atendidos 50 min depois. Uma total falta de respeito. Além do ambiente estar cheiir de mofo e sinais de infiltrações.
