★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostei bastante. Fui atendido muito bem. Se demora um pouco o atendimento é pq a dentista tira todas as suas dúvidas. Não é só uma consulta superficial. Eu saí de lá bastante satisfeito. Voltarei com toda certeza e sempre indico para meus amigos e familiares. Todos estão de parabéns !
 I liked it a lot. I was served very well. If the service takes a while, it's because the dentist takes all your questions away. It's not just a cursory query. I left there quite satisfied. I will definitely return and I always recommend it to my friends and family. Congratulations to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a Clinica é nota mil, vejo muita gente reclamando da recepcionista da tarde, porém como só vou a noite, a moça é super simpática, e me atende super bem, sem contar que a Dra Carolyne Lima , é simplesmente a melhor cirurgiã-dentista que já vi, tem mãos de anjo, uma paciência, delicadeza e educação impecável. Uma profissional completa e um ser humano totalmente iluminado. Estão de parabéns!!!!
the Clinic is great, I see a lot of people complaining about the receptionist in the afternoon, but as I only go at night, the lady is super friendly, and she treats me very well, not to mention that Dr Carolyne Lima is simply the best dentist that I've seen it, has angel hands, patience, delicacy and impeccable education. A complete professional and a fully enlightened human being. They are to be congratulated!!!!

Well-conditioned clinic, the friendly and polite receptionist. Very good service! Dr Alexandre's service was wonderful, I was scared to death and he always explained everything and left me very calm! I highly recommend it! Thousand Note ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem é do plano Hapvida, é mto mal atendido! Não recomendo pelo simples fato de não ter comunicação em falar que só aceitam o plano p fazer a primeira limpeza.
Who is from the Hapvida plan, is very poorly attended! I don't recommend it for the simple fact of not having communication in saying that they only accept the plan to do the first cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várias falhas, desde simples, sem álcool nos dispenser, ou sabão no banheiro, como a entrega de um produto adquirido a por eles que era para ser entrega em 5 dias e demorou quase 1 mês. Disseram q iam agilizar qdo recorri ao registro da ocorrência por e-mail , porém tô aqui para pegar o produto que enfim chegou quase 1 mês depois e tome chá de cadeira para a médica avaliar se está ok o produto que demoraram para entregar. Não indico.
Several failures, from simple, without alcohol in the dispensers, or soap in the bathroom, as the delivery of a product purchased by them that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days and took almost 1 month. They said they would speed up when I went to register the incident by email, but I'm here to pick up the product that finally arrived almost 1 month later and have a cup of tea for the doctor to assess if the product that took so long to deliver is ok. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento infantil da dentista Liliane Cavalcanti. Atende pelo plano HapVida com MUITA má vontade, grossa com pacientes e pais. Minha filha quase sufocou pq ela não deixava cuspir p terminar logo o atendimento. Minha filha que NUNCA deu trabalho p fazer procedimentos dentários mais complexos do que uma simples obturação ficou aos berros e eu tive que intervir para tentar acalmá-la. Essa dentista NÃO ESTÁ AUTORIZADA a atender pelo HapVida e sim o dono da clínica . Já acionei a HAPVIDA p/ tomar providências e tomarei as minhas também.
Terrible child care from dentist Liliane Cavalcanti. Attends the HapVida plan with VERY unwillingness, rude to patients and parents. My daughter almost suffocated because she wouldn't let spit to finish the service soon. My daughter who NEVER bothered to do more complex dental procedures than a simple filling was screaming and I had to intervene to try to calm her down. This dentist IS NOT AUTHORIZED to attend by HapVida, but the owner of the clinic. I have already called HAPVIDA to take action and I will take mine too.
