★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma baita falta de compreensão, consideração, realmente marcaram outra data, como trabalho a noite, após trabalhar 12 horas, sai as seis da manhã do serviço, só tomei um banho, fui direto p clinica 60km d casa outra cidade, nova europa no caso, chegando lá com uma hora adiantado, médico liga p dizer que está com dor de dente e não vai atender, até aí tudo bem, agora uma clínica renomada não tem um outro médico p atender nestas situações é complicado... uma enorme clínica com nenhum especialista sobrando isso complicado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em São Carlos, porém tive que marcar a consulta nessa clínica, chegando lá, descubro que a clínica nem estava aberta e todos os médicos ainda estavam de férias. Detalhe: eu até recebi um e-mail confirmando que a consulta estava marcada. Resumindo, me desloquei uma grande distância para absolutamente nada.

A médica Juliana Reinesch não estava atendendo, e mesmo asssim liberaram marcar a consulta e não ligaram para avisar. Só soubemos que ela não estava ao chegar no local 8 horas da manhã. Prejuízo por causa de funcionários que não fizeram o mínimo.
What good is a beautiful space if the service and organization are terrible.
The doctor Juliana Reinesch was not attending, and even so, they released the appointment and did not call to warn. We only learned that she was not there when we arrived at 8 am. Loss because of employees who didn't do the least.
